Please read these terms carefully before using FyloCRM

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FyloCRM ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
FyloCRM is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides:
- AI-powered analysis of CRM lead pipelines
- Identification of operational mistakes and bottlenecks
- Recommendations for improving conversion rates
- Integration with multiple CRM platforms
- Voice and chat-based AI assistance
- Automated reporting and insights
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Merchant of Record
Paddle is the authorized reseller of our services. All payments for FyloCRM subscriptions are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that Paddle is the authorized reseller and payment processor for our services.
4.1 Plan Types
- Free Plan: 1,000 AI credits included, no renewal
- Starter Plan - $19/month: 19,000 AI credits per month, auto-renewal
- Professional Plan - $49/month: 49,000 AI credits per month, auto-renewal
- Enterprise Plan- $99/month: 99,000 AI credits per month, auto-renewal
4.2 Payment Terms and Renewal
Subscription plans renew automatically as follows:
- Monthly Plans: Automatically renew on the same date each month
- Yearly Plans: Automatically renew on the same date each year
- You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle
- If payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment
- Account access may be suspended if payment fails after retry attempts
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
5. Data Usage and Privacy
By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
- We will access your CRM data only as necessary to provide the Service
- Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- You retain ownership of your data at all times
- You can request data deletion upon account termination
6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
FyloCRM is designed for legitimate business purposes to optimize CRM lead pipelines and improve sales conversion rates. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for competitive analysis or benchmarking
- Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
- Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FyloCRM and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- That defects will be corrected immediately
- Compatibility with all CRM systems or configurations
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FyloCRM, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Non-payment of subscription fees after retry attempts
- Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or User Conduct rules
- Fraudulent or illegal use of the Service
- Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
- Using the Service for competitive analysis or unauthorized purposes
- At our sole discretion for any reason that violates the spirit of these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period, subject to our data retention policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings, which will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Dera Ghazi Khan, Pakistan, or through mutually agreed arbitration.
