14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our service with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with FyloCRM within the first 14 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to all paid subscription plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise).

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You have not exceeded the usage limits of your plan
  • You have not violated our Terms and Conditions
  • The refund request is made through the proper channels

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Send an email to support@fylocrm.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Provide Details: Include your account email address, subscription plan, and reason for the refund request
  3. Verification: Our support team will verify your eligibility and process your refund request
  4. Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  5. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

3. Refund Method

All refunds are processed through our authorized payment processor, Paddle, and will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. While we initiate refunds promptly, please note that it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times. In the event that the original payment method is no longer active or available, our support team will collaborate with you to arrange a suitable alternative refund method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • AI credits that have been used or consumed
  • Services that have been fully utilized during the subscription period
  • Refund requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Accounts that have been terminated due to Terms and Conditions violations
  • Any additional purchases or add-ons made after the initial subscription

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your FyloCRM dashboard:

  1. Log in to your FyloCRM account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
  5. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation

5.1 Cancellation Timing

  • Immediate Cancellation: Your subscription will be cancelled immediately, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • End of Period: Your subscription will not renew, and access will end at the conclusion of your paid period
  • No Partial Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period

6. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle. To avoid automatic renewal charges, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

You can manage your subscription settings, including cancellation, at any time through your dashboard. We recommend reviewing your subscription status regularly to ensure it meets your current needs.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails during automatic renewal:

  • We will attempt to retry the payment automatically
  • You will be notified via email about the failed payment
  • Your account access may be temporarily suspended until payment is successful
  • You can update your payment method in your dashboard settings
  • If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be cancelled

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
